Biskut Raya 2009

Biskut Badam (resepi Ida)

Bahan :
1 kg tepung gandum
500 gm almond flakes (hirisan badam)
400 gm gula ising
500 gm minyak jagung

Cara:
1.Bakar almond flakes dlm oven sekejap hingga kuning
2.Ayak tepung dan gula ising
3.Masukkan minyak dalam campuran tepung sedikit, sedikit dan gaul rata
4.Masukkan hirisan badam
5.Ambil sebahagian adunan dan bentukkan macam sausage panjang. Potong-potong. Bakar hingga masak.


BISKUT KELAPA (My favourite cookies. Resepi Arwah Mak Ros. Al-Fatihah)

Bahan:
1 cawan gula halus
1 cawan margerin
1 tin kelapa
2 ½ cawan tpg gandum
½ tsp esen vanilla
½ tsp esen rose
1 telur

Cara:
Kacau gula + margerin hingga kembang. Masuk telur, esen vanilla & rose. Masukkan tpg yang dah digaulkan dgn kelapa dan kacau rata. Canai n terapkan ikut suka. Bakar hingga kuning.

NEIMAN-MARCUS COOKIES (kids favourite)

Bahan:
2 cawan mentega
4 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu teh baking soda
2 cawan gula
5 cawan oats, dikisar
24 oz chocolate chips
2 cawan gula perang
1 sudu teh garam
18 oz coklat bar, diparut
4 biji telur
2 sudu teh baking powder
2 sudu teh esen vanilla
3 cawan kekacang, dicincang
(kekacang ikut pilihan anda, walnuts, hazelnuts, badam dll)

Cara
1. Oats dikisar sehingga menjadi halus.
2. Pukul mentega bersama gula dan gula perang. Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla.
3. Masukkan tepung, oats, garam, baking powder dan baking soda dan gaul adunan sehingga ia sebati.
4. Masukkan pula chocolate chip, parutan coklat dan kekecang. Gaul sehingga adunan sebati.
5. Bulatkan adunan dan atur diatas loyang pembakar 2 inci diantara adunan biskut.
6. Bakar selama 10 minit pada suhu 190’C.

Bahan A
120 gm butter
20 gm shortening
80 gm gula castor
1 sudu teh pandan emulco/paste

Bahan B
180 gm tpg gandum
30 gm tpg honkwee(hijau)
1/4 sudu teh baking powder
1/4 sudu teh garam
30 gm biskut marie - blend
20 gm gajus dibakar - blend
pewarna hijau

Hiasan : Coklat putih & colour rice

Cara
1. Sebatikan semua bahan A sehingga sebati
2. Msukkan semua bahan B dan adun menjadi doh yg lembut
3. Canai, terap & bakar
4. Hiaskan dgn coklat putih dan taburkan dgn colour rice

Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes:2 1/2 dozen cookies

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, butter and egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.
2. Heat oven to 375ºF.
3. Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped into sugar.
4. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack

"This is the most basic cookie recipe there is. Real butter and brown sugar give it an irresistible flavor."

INGREDIENTS:
455 g butter
220 g soft brown sugar
560 g all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. Cream butter and brown sugar. Add 3 to 3 3/4 cups flour. Mix well.
3. Sprinkle board with the remaining flour. Knead for 5 minutes, adding enough flour to make a soft dough. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 3x1 inch strips. Prick with fork and place on ungreased baking sheets.
4. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes


Coconut Crunchy Cookies

300 gm tepung gandum
50 gm tepung kentang
60 gm tepung sagu
50 gm tepung jagung
80 gm serbuk hazelnut
40 gm kelapa kering
200 gm mentega
100 gm shortening/crisco
140 gm gula halus

Hiasan
2 biji kuning telur + sedikit pewarna kuning
3 sudu besar susu segar (telur + susu + pewarna dicampur biar sebati)
Hirisan badam

Cara

Putar mentega + shortening/crisco + gula hingga kembang. Masukkan semua tepung dan gaul rata hingga jadi doh. Gelek adunan dan gunakan penggelek bergerigi, digelek secara bersilang, terap, letakkan badam utk hiasan dan sapukan telur. Bakar selama 160'c selama 20 minit.
