Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Padi dengan Kobis Asin

Bahan :
1 kg daging
1/2 kilo santan
1 peket kobis asin, potong kecil-kecil
5 batang serai
1 helai daun kunyit
4 biji limau kasturi, perah dan ambil airnya
sedikit garam

Bahan kisar:
2 cawan cili padi
2 ketul kunyit hidup

Cara:
1. Potong daging kepada 4 bahagian.Basuh daging dan toskan airnya. Salaikan (panggang) dalam oven atau atas kuali tosey. Salai hingga separuh masak.
2. Potong daging kecil-kecil, jangan basuh
3. Dalam periuk, masukkan bahan kisar, daging panggang, santan dan serai
4. Letak periuk atas api
5. Bila mendidih, masukkan kobis asin, daun kunyit, garam dan air limau
6. Biar mendidih sekali lagi dan tutup api.
