Honey Snap

Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
¼ cup honey
1 tbs sugar
4 cups cornflakes
½ cup preferred chopped nuts/cherries/raisins ( eg: choice of pecan, walnuts, almonds)
small paper cups

Method:
1)Place butter, sugar & honey in a small pot.
2)Place on low heat till the butter melt.
3)Mixed the cornflakes & your choice of nuts in a bowl.
4)Pour the butter & honey mixture onto the cornflakes & nut mixture…be sure to cover all the cornflakes with honey.
5)Prepare small paper cups on your baking tray
6)Scoop a tablespoon into the paper cups.
7)Bake at 160deg C for 8-10 mins
Cool completely before storing.
