My Easy-Peasy Tapai Pulut
Bahan :
1 kg beras pulut (3 tin susu)
1 biji ragi
Cara :
1. Basuh bersih beras pulut, rendam 4 jam
2. Basuh pulut
3. Masak pulut, gunakan periuk nasi elektrik (nak senang, kan ?) Letak air sama banyak dengan pulut. Kalau pulut 3 tin, air juga 3 tin.
4. Bila pulut dah masak, keluarkan dan sejukkan dalam bekas (yg sesuai untuk digunakan untuk gaul ragi nanti)
5. Biar pulut hingga betul-betul sejuk
6. Ambil pemarut cheese dan gunakan lubang halus, parut ragi kepada pulut.
7. Ambil sudu kering dan gaulkan rata-rata.
8. Kalau anda pandai, bungkuskan pulut dengan daun pisang, getah atau apa-apa daun lah
9. Kalau tak pandai (macam saya), masukkan dalam tupperware, jgn tutup sampai airtight, cukup letak penutup atas bekas sahaja dan simpan dalam tempat yg gelap. (Saya letak dalam kabinet periuk/kuali saya)
10. Simpan dua hari dan siap ! (bagi yg bungkus tapai dia pakai daun). Untuk yg pakai tupperware, selepas 2 hari, buka tutup dan kacau-kacau dulu, guna sudu besi sebab tapai nampak bergabus. Kacau dan biarkan dalam 1 jam. Selepas 1 jam, boleh masukkan dalam petisejuk. Sejukkan dan makan !
p.s. Untuk 1 kg beras bulut, saya gunakan 3 bekas tupperware.
